yep, it's very good shit. too long to share right now but basically i have had a lot of sorrow and anger to process after allwing myself to become very hurt during my childhood. lots of feelings of betrayal and stuff from my parents. felt great talking about this. i have also had very intense machiavellian tendencies which are great to talk about to get control over.

having friends you trust is better though imo. friends who really know you and accept you are amazing. sit down with them and let out everything. all your insecurities, fears, dreams, pain bodies etc.
this is harder though but way more therapeutic if you can do it.
spiritual friends are amazing. i got four of these people in my life. they are probably reason to 80% or more of my success. no joke.
