"Yep..That's what I sensed. I came to that conclusion my self. You increase and elevate your life force, your creative, reproductive energy, and that naturally attracts them. A part of them is attracted to that, masculine, reproductive energy. Also, that power or energy, changes you. It empowers you, in every area of your life, including communication. A look, the way you stare at them, your mannerisms, your voice, the intonation, subtle nuances in the way you talk, the way you walk..etc, it's all infused with this creative, life force. You're more confident, fearless, your value increases. You're more optimistic, happier..etc, all of this attracts women and not just women, but every other person that is around you. You have a powerful, magnetic presence.

When I first started this, I noticed it, in just a few days. Less than a week, I already began to sense a difference, in how I felt and how others were responding to me. I started NoFap in my early 40s, after ejaculating perhaps, almost every single day since 1985. Since the first time I got my hands on a Penthouse magazine,, around 7th grade. So, you go just 2 or 3 days without releasing it, and you begin to sense a difference.
