Har kört helt utan porr och lättklädda bilder sedan 23 december nu. Har knappt tittat på tv sedan dess. Jag körde igång nofap tillsammans med att skära ner allt tv/mobil/dator användande med 70-90 % med målet att aldrig börja igen (inte regelbundet).

Hände igår igen på Ica. Får ögonkontakt med en tjej som är där o handlar med sin pojkvän. I didn't believe all of the hype about nofap. I assumed it was a placebo and cult. But damn... if this is a placebo then I need more placebos in my life. I wouldn't even consider myself an addict. Was day 17 at a party.
Im 6ft but friends are 6"3 and alot better looking.

14 days fap free, getting attention from girls WALL OF TEXT

So I work part time at a place where there are a lot of people around my age working (wont be specific because i dont want to get recognized). People are around 17-25 there and there is a healthy mix between the sexes. Anyway, I have always been somewhat awkward during lunch time when we eat and just get very tense and insecure about what to talk about, how to talk, what to say etc etc. This is cause of my social anxiety (self diagnosed). I couldn't take my eyes away from hers and I didn't want to either and all of the sudden it was she who was the awkward one, she started to constantly look away when I spoke with her even pretended to be away in thoughts because I had changed and she could not tell how! She went from being always so intimidating to me to being a NORMAL PERSON. There where pauses in our conversation but unlike before where my mind would start racing even more at these points and spill out a sentence similar to diarrhea I now just didn't feel any pressure to say something witty, or smart or whatever but just to be where I am, I just kept eating my food and would every now and then look up to see those eyes, oh those eyes. This was girl number one that I noticed changed her responses to me.

The second girl work at the same place, and she is also a hottie. We walked past each other and I looked at her face and noticed that her skin, her cheeks had small pimples which she covered up with makeup and suddenly she looked at me for a brief second, we stood like 2 feet from each other at that point and she quickly looked away but then looked back at me immediately again like she was a bit chocked to see me there looking at her and not even flinching with my eyes and I also had a small smile on my face. This happened in a matter of seconds since we were walking past each other. Next thing I know girl 2# starts to make excuses to talk to me, laughs at what I say even though it wasn't even that funny through out our shift.

I Believe that I got this from nofap, the unshaken eye contact i have now feels is immensely empowering and have not implemented anything else than nofap and training since the last 2 weeks and I think I can draw the conclusion that I got this from NoFap.

Attention from women making me MORE nervous!

I have never been very good with women, for as long as i can remember. I used to long for attention and would have given anything to catch a glance of a girl amorously looking at me. Since giving up P/M/O i have had just that, Today 3 separate women all checked me out, one for quite a few seconds. For most people on here this new found attention from women makes them feel 'alpha' and much more confident. However, for me it has the opposite effect. Wtf is happening? It's awesome!

This is my longest streak in a while and things are starting to get good! Two nights ago I had a great text conversation with my girlfriend who is back home for two weeks (I'm in Cali, she's in Texas). It was more sexual and fun than any conversation we've had in a while. The next day, out of the blue, this girl I met at the beginning of summer snapchatted me a picture of her boobs with the caption "They're real you know". I've just started my quest... But in the last few days I've had a couple girls touch my arm and three random girls (all on different days and different locations) stick their tongue out at me in a playful way. That's NEVER happened before. I wish I knew what I was doing to make girls act like that around me. I didn't notice this was going on until my friends started letting me know that random girls kept looking over at me. Some how I'm getting more attention now. Oh the girl attention

Even if I wasn't sure if nofap was helping me get more female attention, I am now positive that it does. It was exceptionally hot here in New England, and although I love the heat, these past few years I've noticed the heat was always good at aggravating my acne (which has since improved at least by 30-40% with nofap). I was walking out of the library and I saw at least 4-5 girls take long looks at me, at first I thought my acne was picking up and that's why they kept looking at me. I go to the bathroom and see that my face was practically glowing. My face was actually radiant.

I go back out and this one beautiful brunette begins eyeing me, and then I turn around and she snuck another look. I took that as a cue to approach her and tell her that her dress looked fantastic on her. She began blushing and told me she thought I was a hottie. Got her number, and will be meeting her the end of this week. Too bad the semester's essentially over, but it was such a great confidence boost getting all that attention.

Moral of the story, nofap may do a lot of different things for people, but at least for me it increases attractiveness and confidence. I mean the clarity of focus was good enough in its own right, but I will gladly take this benefit as well!

I'm a senior in High School. Over the past few months, I've experienced more rumors regarding girls and pertaining to myself than ever before in my life. It's ridiculous. Every single week I'm hearing new rumors about girls I supposedly hooked up with or "have a thing with". Just talking to a girl makes them think I am trying to get with them. I'm not even a very flirtatious guy. I've been told I'm attractive maybe a thousand times and am probably one of the most good looking guys in my grade, but I've been more quiet and introverted throughout high school, generally due to lack of confidence, so I never got many girls. Well now I feel great and confident but anyways, the amount of girls who are latching on to me is ridiculous. This is especially irritating because I recently got into a relationship with a girl who I really like and all these lies and rumors are starting to strain the relationship. NoFap really does have superpowers!

When on nofap,I notice that girls always look at me ALOT. When I say ALOT, I really mean it. I would have just assumed that it's because I'm noticing more by looking at them but then I realised that I used to look at girls before nofap but not even ONE looked at me. Only when I was on nofap did girls look at me.
Also I'm quite tall at 6"5 with a stocky build. Before nofap, no one used to think anything of my height but when on nofap, more girls come up to me and say to me "you're tall!". From there I can have a 20 minute conversation (haven't got numbers though).

Also, I was on the bus the other day and I was sitting alone right at the back. 3 girls and a guy sat next to me. The guy was with one of the girls and the other two were talking to each other.
